We came here looking to get 2 mattresses - one for our toddler upgrading to a full size bed and a new one for our queen size bed.
The sales person was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was able to explain the different types of mattresses to us and walk us through the options and varieties. We spent some time testing them out to figure out which we liked. When the sales person noticed we were looking online for other prices, he asked us if we were comparison shopping because he could meet or beat any deal.
It was before thanksgiving so we werent sure if we should wait until black friday or not, but they offered us the promotions they would have run during black friday in advance and told us they would guarantee the price for 30 days - so if I found a better price they would match it/beat it. Couldn't beat that! They delivered on time and quickly and took our old mattress out.

1/5/2020This review is overdue. I purchased my mattress here a few months ago and got the best deal thanks to Daniel. He helped me stick to my budget on top of giving me a way better deal than I expected. He is very kind and honest- not over bearing like other salesmen.
It was arranged that I pick up my mattress the next day because they were getting it delivered from their other location in Chatsworth, but the driver was running late so he ended up delivering my mattress to my home at no extra charge.

5/17/2019I already had been provided a price from another store (Freeeee!) and was passing by My Sleep and figured "Why not compare". Since I already know what mattress I was looking for it was easy to check the price and also do a comparison of the mattress selection one-up and one-down price-wise.
Mike did a great job of explaining the differences between the mattresses and of course had me test them out. He took his time with me and was very helpful.
I ended up buying the mattress I came in looking for at a price that beat what I was given by the other store.

5/21/20191st night of sleep with our new mattress was blissful!
We both didn't wake up once!
We've been looking for a great mattress place that offers a payment plan that allowed us to have 3 payments without applying for a credit card & we found it!
Dan is the man!
He helped us find the perfect mattress & we couldn't be happier with his kindness, customer service & care.
He patiently helped us decide on what type of mattress we wanted & also gave us enough time alone to lay on the mattresses without forcing us to make a quick decision.
He's also very knowledgeable about the history of mattresses & the differences between all the types available in his store. We took our time & because we did,

8/1/2018Daniel made our mattress-buying experience VERY pleasant and easy. His mattress selection was excellent as were the prices. We first went to Sears (but couldn't find mattress that fit our budget) and then to My Sleep.
